Lake Champlain House (LCH) is available to rent year round. Summer rentals
are weekly and run from Saturday arrival at 3:30 PM through Saturday
Departure at 10:00 AM. The
Lake Champlain House will accommodate the following sixteen (16) guests: ·

Bed (sleeps 2) ·
Master Bedroom 2- King
Bed (sleeps 2) ·
Guest Bedroom- King Bed
(sleeps 2), with 2 Full Bunk Beds (sleeps 4) ·
Fourth Bedroom*- 2 -
Queen Bed (sleeps 4) ·
Loft*- Queen Futon

Amounts include
all cleaning fees/taxes and are subject to changes. 2-3 night minimum, and
Holidays may be more.
Mid September – Mid June: Fall, Winter and Spring Seasons
1 couple (1-2 adults) = $1050/week or $250/night
2 couples (3 adults) = $1500/week or $350/night
3 couples (4-5 adults) = $1800/week or $450/night
4 couples (6-8 adults) = $2050/week or $500/night
4+ couples (9+ adults) = $2250/week or $550/night

25% deposit of
total rental fee to hold reservation. Balance due 90
days prior to check-in date. Security
Deposit: $700 refundable, due with balance. Boater’s/Dock
Security Deposit: $500 due with balance for Guests bringing acceptable boats. Pet Fee/Deposit:
$400 for each acceptable pet, $200 refundable. For your convenience we accept Master Card & Visa. Please add 2% to each transaction for processing fees. Rates are subject to change until reservation confirmation, and we can only confirm a reservation when we have received both the signed Guest Rental Agreement and the deposit. |
