Lake Champlain House (LCH) is available to rent year round. Summer rentals
are weekly and run from Saturday arrival at 3:30 PM through Saturday
Departure at 10:00 AM. The
Lake Champlain House will accommodate the following sixteen (16) guests: ·

Master Bedroom 2- King
Bed (sleeps 2) ·
Guest Bedroom- King Bed
(sleeps 2), with 2 Full Bunk Beds (sleeps 4) ·
Fourth Bedroom*- 2 -
Queen Bed (sleeps 4) ·
Loft*- Queen Futon

Amounts include
all cleaning fees/taxes and are subject to changes. 2-3 night minimums Holidays
may be more.
Mid September – Mid June: Fall,
Winter and Spring Seasons
1 couple (1-2 adults) = $1325/week or $285/night
2 couples (3 adults) = $1675/week or $400/night
3 couples (4-5 adults)
= $2050/week or $475/night
4 couples (6-8 adults)
= $2400/week or $575/night
4+ couples (9+ adults) = $2650/week or $650/night
