The Lake Champlain House (LCH) is centrally located to Montreal, the Adirondacks,
Burlington, Vermont and the Olympic Region of Lake Placid Region. The close
proximity of our rental property (LCH) to the Interstate 87 of New York, and the Rouses Point Bridge to Vermont make all three
destinations a quick, easy car drive. LCH is a vacation rental geared for
larger families and/or groups, and has hosted multiple weddings/events of 90+

foot dock. We also provide the following free to enjoy the water: a mooring for
your boat, a large swim raft (with slide), three (3) sit on top kayaks, two (2)

The Lake Champlain Region features a blend of tranquil lakeside villages and pastoral
countryside, and is known (and remembered) for its awe-inspiring landscape.
Rolling hillsides provide the backdrop to the expansive 121-mile freshwater
Lake Champlain waterway. Surrounded by the Adirondack Mountains of New York and
the Green Mountains of Vermont, the region provides the ideal base for outdoor
adventure and scenic panoramas. Steeped in a rich, 400-year history, the area
is also a hub for educational experiences, historical re-enactments and notable
landmarks.
The region's historic villages and waterfront
towns offer a variety of Lake Champlain attractions. Don't forget your camera –
you'll want to capture the breathtaking views of the lake as the mountain tops
shine on the horizon.

level.
